Pork loin with chilli bacon

Pork loin served with bacon and our spicy Churrasco Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams pork loin
- 1/2 bottle of Hellmann's Brazilian Spicy Churrasco BBQ Sauce
- 100 grams rashers of unsmoked bacon
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
METHOD

Place the meat in a bowl and add 4 spoons of Hellmann’s Brazilian Spicy BBQ sauce. Allow the sauce to coat the meat and then sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. This will help the sauce to stick to the meat.

Use the bacon slices to wrap around the meat.

Cook on the grill over a medium heat for around 30 mins turning it every 5 mins.

Once the meat is cooked through, remove from the grill, slice and serve it with the rest of the Brazilian Spicy BBQ sauce.
