Peanut Butter Burger

Ground peanuts complete and enrich the flavour of your juicy minced beef. Add the sharpness of gherkins and the unmistakable magic of Hellmann’s mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g (lean) minced beef
- 40 g fried onions
- 80 g peanuts
- 2 tablespoons sweet mustard
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 pickled gherkins
- 40 grams lettuce
- 2 burger buns
- pepper
METHOD

Mix the minced beef with pepper, sweet mustard, fried onions and chopped peanuts.

Form two patties and cook on the grill or in a frying pan.

Spread the bottom half of the buns with peanut butter and the top with Hellmann’s mayonnaise.

Slice the gherkins and assemble your burger with the lettuce, meat and gherkins.
