Succulent salmon paté, tasty and creamy as you like, thanks to Hellmann's mayonnaise
INGREDIENTS
- 120 g smoked salmon
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 60 ml half-fat crème fraîche
- 10 ml lemon juice
- pepper
METHOD

Mix the chopped up smoked salmon with the crème fraiche, mayonnaise and black pepper in a food processor.

Blend until smooth. Add lemon juice.

Serve with some crusty bread or melba toast.
