Mediterranean Salad with Fig and Parma Ham

Fresh figs, parma ham, drizzles of honey, spinach, feta cheese & the great taste of Hellmann’s Classic House Salad Dressing come together.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g baby spinach leaves washed
  • 100 g rocket leaves
  • 12 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 tbsp Hellmann’s Classic House Salad Dressing
  • 4 ripe figs cut into wedges
  • 4 parma ham slices
  • 70 g feta cheese

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas Mark 6.

  2. Place walnuts on a baking tray and roast in oven until just turning brown. Set aside and allow to cool.

  3. Place the spinach and rocket leaves in a large mixing bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes and top with the Hellmann’s Classic House Salad Dressing. Mix well.

  4. Spoon onto serving plate and top with the figs and strips of the Parma ham.

  5. Serve sprinkled with roasted walnuts and crumbled feta cheese.
