Tasty burger with its mouth-watering Italian bread filled with Hellmann's caramelized onion mayonnaise.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g lean mince beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 70 g rocket leaves
  • 4 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hit of Caramelised Onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

METHOD

  1. Chop the herbs and mix with the meat and the egg in a large bowl. Divide into 4 balls and flatten with the palm of your hand.

  2. Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  3. Serve the burgers in toasted ciabatta rolls with a spoonful of the caramelized onion mayonnaise and garnish with rocket leaves.
