Italian Burger

Tasty burger with its mouth-watering Italian bread filled with Hellmann's caramelized onion mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g lean mince beef
- 1 egg
- 1 pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 70 g rocket leaves
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hit of Caramelised Onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
METHOD

Chop the herbs and mix with the meat and the egg in a large bowl. Divide into 4 balls and flatten with the palm of your hand.

Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve the burgers in toasted ciabatta rolls with a spoonful of the caramelized onion mayonnaise and garnish with rocket leaves.
