This is the meaty one!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bread rolls (Preferably Ike's Dutch Crunch)
  • 4 oz roast beef slices
  • 4 oz smoked turkey slices
  • 6 pieces salami slices (beef)
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • Sandwich Veggies: Optional
  • 1 1/4 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dried garlic
  • dash of dried oregano
  • dash of dried oregano
  • dash of dried basil
  • dash pf cayenne pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's American Style Yellow Mustard

METHOD

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Dirty Sauce: Mix in a bowl - 1 ¼ Cup of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (300ml), 2 Tablespoons of Dried Garlic and a dash of each: Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, Red Pepper, Paprika

  3. Slice each roll and apply ¼ cup (60 ml) of Dirty Sauce to the bottom of each and spread evenly.

  4. Godfather Sauce: Mix in a bowl - ¼ Cup of Dirty Sauce (see above) (60 ml) and ¼ Cup of Hellmann’s Mustard Sauce (60 ml)

  5. Apply ¼ cup (60 ml) of Godfather Sauce also to the bottom of each and spread evenly.

  6. Place two slices of Provolone on the bottom of each roll as well.

  7. Separate the meats into two piles with 2oz (60g) of Turkey, 2oz of (60 g) Roast Beef, and 3 slices of Salami in each.

  8. Place a sheet of aluminium foil on a baking sheet and place the four pieces of bread and the two piles of meat. In the oven, cook for 3-5 minutes (or until desired toasty-ness)

  9. Add ¼ (60 ml) cup of Dirty Sauce to the tops of each roll.

  10. Place the toasted meats on top of the melted cheese/Dirty Sauce/Godfather Sauce side of the bread. Add Veggies here if desired.

  11. Place on the top roll and cut in half.

  12. Enjoy.
