INGREDIENTS
- 2 bread rolls (Preferably Ike's Dutch Crunch)
- 1/4 cup of Hellmann's American Smokey BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup of Hellmann's Honey Mustard Dressing
- drizzle of honey
- 80 ounce cooked chicken slices
- 2 slices Swiss cheese block
- 2 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- Sandwich Veggies Optional
- 1 cup of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of dried garlic
- dash of dried oregano
- dash of dried basil
- dash of cayenne pepper (red pepper)
- dash of paprika
METHOD

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

Dirty Sauce: Mix in a bowl - 1 ¼ Cup of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (300ml), 2 Tablespoons of Dried Garlic and a dash of each: Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, Red Pepper, Paprika

Slice each roll and apply ¼ cup (60 ml) of Dirty Sauce to the bottom of each and spread evenly.

Place one slice of each cheese: Pepper Jack, Cheddar, & Swiss also on the bottom of each roll.

In a bowl, combine the Honey Mustard and BBQ. Add Chicken to the bowl and mix well.

Separate the Chicken into two piles of 4oz (120g) each. Place a sheet of aluminium foil on a baking sheet and place the four pieces of bread and the two piles of Chicken. In the oven, cook for 3-5 minutes (or until desired toasty-ness)

Add ¼ cup (60 ml) of Dirty Sauce to the tops of each roll. Place the Chicken on top of the melted cheese. Add a Honey ‘Drizzle’ on top of the Chicken.

Add Veggies here if desired. Place on the top roll and cut in half. Enjoy.
