Perfect as a side, this green bean casserole is creamy and full of flavour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Flora Buttery
  • 23 grams Knorr Herb Infusion Pot
  • 100 g fresh bread cubes (about 2 x 2 cm)
  • 4 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maille Dijon Mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 350 g French beans, blanched, drained and cooled

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas mark 6.

  2. Heat the Flora Buttery and Knorr Mixed Herbs Flavour Pot in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the bread cubes and cook until golden for 5-8 minutes. Set aside.

  3. Combine the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan, lemon juice, MailleDijon Mustard and garlic. Cut the French beans into thirds and add to the mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 5 minutes.

  4. Top with toasted croutons and remaining Parmesan to serve.
