Great Tasting Stuffing

Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, this is a great tasting stuffing recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Flora Buttery, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 onions, chopped
- 15 g sage, chopped
- 225 g water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 40 g hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 150 g good quality sausage meat
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 egg, beaten
- 45 ml semi-skimmed milk
METHOD

In a large bowl, combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Flora Buttery, Worcestershire sauce, onions, sage, water chestnuts, hazelnuts, bread crumbs, sausage meat, nutmeg, eggs and milk. Mix really well.

Use to stuff your choice of meat, or spread on a baking tray and cook at 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas mark 6 for 30-35 minutes, until crispy.
