Succulent meatballs made with Hellmann's mayonnaise, peanut butter, onion and parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g lean beef steak mince
  • 3 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion
  • 35 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 g parsley, fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

METHOD

  1. Finely chop the onion and chop up the parsley

  2. Mix the beef with all the ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Roll the preparation into 6 big meatballs

  4. Fry the balls in a hot pan until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Serve with potatoes and your favourite vegetables.

  6. For a nice tomato flavour, you can replace the peanut butter with ketchup.
