Giant Meatballs

Succulent meatballs made with Hellmann's mayonnaise, peanut butter, onion and parsley.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g lean beef steak mince
- 3 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- 35 g breadcrumbs
- 2 g parsley, fresh or dried
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
METHOD

Finely chop the onion and chop up the parsley

Mix the beef with all the ingredients in a bowl.

Roll the preparation into 6 big meatballs

Fry the balls in a hot pan until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve with potatoes and your favourite vegetables.

For a nice tomato flavour, you can replace the peanut butter with ketchup.
