Homemade French fries with cheese, chilli and creamy Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and washed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 fresh red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil, optional
- 80 g reduced-fat grated cheese
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200ºC, 180ºC fan, Gas mark 6.

Cut potatoes to even length chips, place on baking tray and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Place in oven and roast for 30-40 minutes until fries start to brown.

Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, combine the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, red chillies, truffle oil and grated cheese.

Take fries out of oven, top with mayonnaise and cheese mixture and return to oven for 5-6 minutes until cheese starts to brown.
