Fish Tacos

We do things properly here at Hellmann’s. Read on for instruction on proper tacos. Fish tacos, to be precise.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large lime
- 4 - 5 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon chopped red chilli
- 200 g red and white cabbage, finely sliced
- 100 g grated carrot
- 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
- 16 breaded lemon sole goujon
- 8 corn tortillas, warmed or toasted
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
METHOD

Cut lime in half. Squeeze juice from half then cut remaining half into wedges.

Combine lime juice, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, sugar and chilli in a medium bowl.

Add cabbage, carrots and red onion.

Divide the coleslaw evenly among tortillas. Top with cooked goujonsand coriander. Serve with lime wedges.
