We do things properly here at Hellmann’s. Read on for instruction on proper tacos. Fish tacos, to be precise.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large lime
  • 4 - 5 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped red chilli
  • 200 g red and white cabbage, finely sliced
  • 100 g grated carrot
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 16 breaded lemon sole goujon
  • 8 corn tortillas, warmed or toasted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander

METHOD

  1. Cut lime in half. Squeeze juice from half then cut remaining half into wedges.

  2. Combine lime juice, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, sugar and chilli in a medium bowl.

  3. Add cabbage, carrots and red onion.

  4. Divide the coleslaw evenly among tortillas. Top with cooked goujonsand coriander. Serve with lime wedges.
