A quick and perfect eggs benedict recipe to enjoy for breakfast or brunch.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Zing of Lemon
- 50 g low-fat yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon semi-skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon Maille Dijon Mustard with Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Knorr Aromat Seasoning
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 rashers lean bacon, grilled
- 4 eggs, poached
METHOD

Combine Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, yoghurt, milk, mustard and Knorr Aromat Seasoning in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until warm, about 30 seconds. Whisk until smooth.
