A quick and perfect eggs benedict recipe to enjoy for breakfast or brunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Zing of Lemon
  • 50 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Maille Dijon Mustard with Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Knorr Aromat Seasoning
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 4 rashers lean bacon, grilled
  • 4 eggs, poached

METHOD

  1. Combine Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, yoghurt, milk, mustard and Knorr Aromat Seasoning in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until warm, about 30 seconds. Whisk until smooth.

  2. Top toasted muffins with bacon, eggs and warm sauce.
