Cod With Lemon

Tasty fish, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a zing of lemon
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cod fillets (150 g)
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Zing of Lemon
- 2 courgettes
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 190°C, 170°C fan, Gas mark 5.

Place the cod on a baking tray, add the cherry tomatoes with half the thyme and half the olive oil.

Bake in oven for about 20 minutes

Mix the chopped courgettes with the remaining olive oil and thyme and stir fry for 5 minutes. Simmer until cooked.

Serve with Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a zing of Lemon
