Tender chicken breasts with a crispy Hellmann's mayonnaise, chili and tortilla crust
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breasts (500 g)
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dry tortilla crumbs
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder (or more for a spicier taste)
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 210°C, 190°, Gas mark 7.

Mix together the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the chilli powder and cheese in a bowl.

Arrange the chicken on a baking tray. Evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
