Spicy chicken nuggets coated with Hellmann's light mayonnaise, chilli sauce and cornflakes
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g chicken fillets cut into 4 cm cubes
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 50 g cornflakes, crushed
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
METHOD

Pre-heat the oven to 210°C, 190°C fan, Gas mark 7.

Cut the chicken fillets in 4x4cm cubes.

Mix the mayonnaise with the chilli sauce in a bowl.

Cover the chicken cubes with the chilli mayo sauce.

Dip the chicken pieces in the crushed cornflakes and coat with the breadcrumbs.

Place on baking tray and bake the nuggets in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
