Juicy chicken breasts with a delicious Hellmann's mayonnaise and curry crust

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken breasts (500 g)
  • 4 dollops Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons medium curry powder

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C, 190°C fan, Gas mark 7.

  2. Combine the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the curry powder and cheese in a bowl.

  3. Arrange the chicken on baking tray. Evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
