A spicy addition to your chicken featuring Hellmann's Mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 skinless chicken breast fillets (120 g)
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Spark of Chilli
- 250 g green asparagus
- 250 g carrots, cut into julienne strips
- 1 tablespoon Flora Buttery
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
METHOD

Shallow fry the chicken breast in the oil for 10min until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Season with pepper.

Cook the vegetables in boiling water for 5 min, drain and add Flora. Toss well together to glaze the vegetables. Serve with Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a spark of Chilli
