Yummy creamy potato and carrot mash with a splash of milk and dollops of Hellmann's mayonnaise
INGREDIENTS
- 800 g carrots
- 3 onions
- 800 g potatoes
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
METHOD

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into quarters.

Finely slice the carrots and chop the onions. Place the potatoes, carrots and the onions together in a big pan with water.

Bring to the boil, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Drain and put back over a low heat for a few minutes more.

Add the mayonnaise and mash all together, then season with some pepper.
