Brazilian Pork steaks
- 4 Pork Steaks
- 2 grams salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 bottle Hellmann's Brazilian Spicy Churrasco BBQ Sauce
- 5 grams black pepper
Brush the steaks with the oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
Cook on the grill for 4 mins on each side. Remove and glaze the steaks with the Hellmann’s Brazilian Spicy BBQ Sauce, using a cooking brush or a spoon. Return to the grill and cook for a further 2 mins or until cooked through.
Serve with the rest of the Brazilian Spicy BBQ Sauce.
