Mouth-watering Pork steaks with a Brazilian twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Pork Steaks
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 bottle Hellmann's Brazilian Spicy Churrasco BBQ Sauce
  • 5 grams black pepper

METHOD

  1. Brush the steaks with the oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

  2. Cook on the grill for 4 mins on each side. Remove and glaze the steaks with the Hellmann’s Brazilian Spicy BBQ Sauce, using a cooking brush or a spoon. Return to the grill and cook for a further 2 mins or until cooked through.

  3. Serve with the rest of the Brazilian Spicy BBQ Sauce.
