Bernaise Sauce

Easy béarnaise sauce is delicious and creamy with hints of citrus.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, finely chopped
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon Maille Dijon Mustard with Honey
- 1 pinch pepper
METHOD

Combine lemon juice with onion and tarragon in a small pan. Cook for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to low and add the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, milk, MailleDijon mustardand pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Cook, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes or until hot (do not boil). Whisk until smooth.

Serve warm with steaks, roast beef, cutlets or chops.
