Platter of crispy, tasty chips, drizzled and dipped in Hellmann’s delicious mayos.
INGREDIENTS
- carrot 4
- potato 2
- courgette 2
- sweet potato 2
- parsnip 2
- Hellmann's
METHOD

Chop up a range of veggies for your platter into chip shapes, we have used carrots, potatoes, courgettes, parsnip and sweet potato.

2. Season them with salt and pepper

Add to the air fryer 200C / 390F for 15-20 minutes, flipping the carrots halfway through, until they are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

Serve immediately with a sprinkle of salt on top and a range of Hellmann’s dipping sauces for extra taste
