Chicken Tacos elevated to the next level with Hellmann's Smoky Chipotle Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 450 grams skinless chicken breast fillet, sliced into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 60 ml lime juice
- juice and zest of 2 limes
- 90 ml light soured cream
- 5 grams fresh coriander, chopped
- 15 grams spring onions, chopped
- 160 grams lettuce, shredded
- 8 6-inch corn tortillas
- 60 ml Hellmann's Mexican Chipotle Sauce - Medium
METHOD

Sauté the chicken and garlic in oil until just cooked. Season as desired.

In a bowl, combine half of the lime juice, lime zest, and light sour cream. Mix well.

In another bowl, combine coriander, onion, lettuce, and remaining half of lime juice.

Heat tortillas then arrange the chicken mixture and lettuce mixture on each tortilla.

Drizzle the sour cream mixture over each tortilla then top with Hellmann’s Mexican Chipotle Sauce.
