American Smokey BBQ glazed Chicken legs
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken drumsticks (or thighs)
- ground black pepper
- 1 reduced-salt chicken stock cube
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon madras curry powder (optional)
- 1/2 bottle Hellmann's American Smokey BBQ Sauce
METHOD

Season the chicken with pepper.

Place the chicken in 1 litre water with the garlic and stock cube, bring to the boil and simmer for 30 mins. Remove from water.

Cook for 8 mins on the grill over a medium heat, turning occasionally. Remove from the grill.

Glaze the chicken legs with the American Smokey BBQ Sauce, using a cooking brush or a spoon and return to the grill for 2 mins or until thoroughly cooked through.
