Sweet Potato Fries served with a vegan dip

These crispy baked fries served with a selection of tasty dips are great for large gatherings.Recipe and imagery development courtesy of Phitzee.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of guacamole
- 5 tbsps of sweet chilli sauce
- 4 tbsps of Hellmann’s® Vegan Mayo
- 1 tsp chipotle paste
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 220C

Cut the sweet potatoes accordingly. Lightly coat them with a thin layer of olive oil (optional) and then sprinkle with cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder and black pepper

Then spread the sweet potatoes evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd

Bake until the sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, which should take about 20-30 minutes. Let them cool before serving

For the chipotle mayo: mix 3-4 tbsp of Hellmann's Vegan Mayo with 1 tsp of chipotle paste

Serve baked fries with: guacamole, sweet chilli sauce and Hellmann's vegan mayo chipotle dip
