INGREDIENTS

  • 5 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of guacamole
  • 5 tbsps of sweet chilli sauce
  • 4 tbsps of Hellmann’s® Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tsp chipotle paste

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C

  2. Cut the sweet potatoes accordingly. Lightly coat them with a thin layer of olive oil (optional) and then sprinkle with cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder and black pepper

  3. Then spread the sweet potatoes evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd

  4. Bake until the sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, which should take about 20-30 minutes. Let them cool before serving

  5. For the chipotle mayo: mix 3-4 tbsp of Hellmann's Vegan Mayo with 1 tsp of chipotle paste

  6. Serve baked fries with: guacamole, sweet chilli sauce and Hellmann's vegan mayo chipotle dip
