Roasted Chicken with Fruity Habanero Sauce
- 450 grams skinless chicken breast fillet
- choice of herbs and spices, as needed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 60 ml Hellmann's Jamaican Habanero Sauce - Hot
Toss the chicken in the oil and your choice of herbs and spices. Place the chicken fillets in a baking dish and roast in a pre-heated 180 C fan oven for 20-25 minutes (depending on size) or until cooked through.
Glaze with Hellmann’s Jamaican Habanero Sauce and serve with potato wedges and mixed salad. Garnish with chopper parsley.
