Red cabbage is a treat to the eye as well as the palate. Bring this one to the barbecue & you’re guaranteed to steal the show.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 small red cabbage (400 g)
- 4 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 apples (200 g)
- 1/2 small red onion (35 g)
- 2 tablespoons low-fat natural yogurt
- pepper
- 5 grams parsley
METHOD

Chop and toss the apples in the lemon juice, then in a large-sized bowl mix together the cabbage, apples, onion and parsley.

After the mixing, add the mayonnaise, yogurt and then season with pepper.

Bring it to your friend’s barbecue and watch them turn green (or red) with envy.
