Kale Salad

Simple kale salad makes a great dinner side.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon runny honey
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 bunches kale, thinly sliced crosswise
- 15 g pine nuts, lighty toasted
- 30 g Parmesan cheese shavings
METHOD

Combine the balsamic vinegar, rice wine vinegar, honey, olive oil and Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and whisk well to form the dressing.

Place the kale leaves in a large bowl, add the dressing and toss well.

Sprinkle with pine nuts and top with Parmesan shavings.
