Grilled Asparagus

This asparagus recipe is a great starter, and is quick and easy to cook.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 60 ml white wine
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hit of Caramelised Onion
- 400 g fresh asparagus spears, trimmed

Preheat grill.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large pan, over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, shallot and lemon zest. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and white wine. Simmer for 1 minute. Add the breadcrumbs and Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hit of Caramelised Onion and fry until golden brown.

Mix the asparagus with the remaining oil. Grill for 3-5 minutes, turning once.

Serve asparagus on a platter and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
