INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's® Vegan
  • 150 gram pasta
  • 70 grams broccoli trimmed & cooked
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Salt & pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water.

  2. Prepare the vegetables - cut broccoli into florets and boil for about 3 minutes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half

  3. Add garlic to a hot pan with oil. Add broccoli and tomatoes.

  4. Once pasta is cooked through, add pasta to the pan with 1/3 of a cup of the pasta cooked water

  5. Remove the pan from heat and add the 2 spoons of Hellmann's Vegan Mayo and mix evenly altogether. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
