These quick nachos are packed with tonnes of flavour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g corn tortilla chip nachos
  • 100 g Hellmann's cheese sauce
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 3 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 small white onion cut into cubes
  • 10 sprigs of coriander leaves chopped
  • 50 g green jalapenos sliced into rings
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann's Sour Cream & Chive

METHOD

  1. Place the tortilla chips in a deep baking tray or plate. Top the tortilla chips with the beans & cheese sauce, and place under a hot grill until golden and crispy.

  2. Remove from grill and top with onion, avocado, tomato, coriander leaves and the Hellmann’s Sour Cream and Chives

  3. Enjoy!
