Cheesy Baked Eggs

Add a few dollops of Hellmann’s irresistibly creamy Coronation Mayo to your Cheesy Baked Eggs and they’ll have that unmistakable fruity-curry flavour

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's
  • 50 grams Wensleydale cheese grated
  • 150 grams coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180c fan.

  2. Whisk together eggs and mayo.

  3. Spray the tin.

  4. Pour egg mixture into the base of the muffin tin (8 spots) but only fill halfway as they will puff up when in the oven.

  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top of each one then bake at 180c fan for 15-20 mins. (check with a skewer).

  6. Serve up with a sprinkle of chopped coriander on top.
