Hellmann’s sandwich

The judging criteria for the most creative sandwich will be based on the below

a. Showcase that Hellmann’ Mayonnaise was used in the sandwich. i.e. a Hellmann’s jar or bottle must be shown in the photograph next to, behind or adjacent to the sandwich with the front of the pack on show.​

b. Showcase at least 3x ingredients were used in the sandwich, one of those being Hellmann’s mayonnaise.  ​

c. Most creative presentation of the sandwich based on judges’ decision of uniqueness, layering of the ingredients, style of plate/serving method & how the sandwich is cut (i.e. triangle, squares, halves etc.) ​

d. Variety of colours showcased in the sandwich.​

e. Provide a description of the sandwich- make sure you list all the ingredients you have used and describe the flavour profile.
