INGREDIENTS
1. Pick a Base
- flatbread or slice of other bread
2. Use up your fruit & veg
- onion, lettuce, pear or any other vegetables
3. Add an optional protein
- Beef, Chicken, Sausage or add a plantbased protein of your choice
+1 Add a magic touch
- 1 tsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Advice

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 350F. Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Spread each flatbread with your magic touch and top with protein and 2 cups of fruit and veg.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Finally drizzle with more magic touch to taste.
