- Bread, eggs
Use up your fruit & veg
- Tomatoes, bell pepper, onion or any other leftover vegetables
Add an optional protein
- Eggs, melting cheese
Add a magic touch
- Yogurt, herbs & pinch of spices

Wash the potatoes (do not peel), and prick the potatoes four or five times on each side with a fork.
Rub with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe tray and microwave at full power for 5 minutes. Flip the potatoes and microwave another 5-7 mins. Check the potatoes.
Mix your veggies, protein and magic touch.
Open the potatoes in two. Add some melting cheese and mayo/butter/milk to have a more creamy texture. Fill with your veggie mix and finish off with some extra magic touch.
