Greek Orzo Salad

A delicious, Greek-style take on a classic Orzo Salad.
INGREDIENTS
- orzo pasta 200 grams
- Hellmann's Real Jar 2 tablespoons
- courgette 1
- minced garlic 1 clove
- parsley 20 grams
- basil torn into pieces 20 grams
- cherry tomatoes 200 grams
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- feta crumbled 80 grams
METHOD

• Cook the Orzo in salted water for 10 minutes till al dente, refresh and drain well.

• Squeeze excess water from grated courgettes and mix with garlic, olive oil, basil, chopped parsley and seasoning.

• Fold in Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and orzo pasta

• Roast cherry vine tomatoes with a little olive oil in a 180c oven for 10 minutes.

• Serve in bowl topped with cherry tomatoes, torn basil, crumbled feta and drizzle over oil from tomato roasting.
