- Pasta
Use up your fruit & veg
- Cabbage, celery, apple or any other leftover vegetables
Add an optional protein
- Canned tuna or canned chickpeas, cubes of cheese
Add a magic touch
- Vegan mayonnaise & vinegar

METHOD

Cook 3 cups of pasta in salted boiling water. If you want to include any cooked vegetables, boil the vegetables in the same boiling pasta water for the last 3 ‒ 5 min (or until tender).

Add drained pasta to bowl along with your 2-3 cups of chopped vegetables/fruits, and 1 cup of protein.

Pour magic touch over top (about 5 to 6 Tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp vinegar) and toss to evenly coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
