Chicken Satay

When it comes to meat on a stick, chicken satay has to be the best. Especially with our delicous Hellmann's mayo based sauce on top.
INGREDIENTS
- For the Skewers: 6 skinless organic chicken breast fillets
- juice 2 oranges
- 200 grams yogurt
- 10 grams curry powder
- 2 grams salt
- 2 gram black pepper
- 10 grams turmeric
- fresh orange zest 2 oranges
- 5 grams thyme to taste
- bamboo skewers
- For the sauce: 400 grams Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 50 grams parsley thinly sliced
- 200 grams natural yogurt
- juice 1 lemon
- 5 gram fresh lemon zest
- 10 grams curry powder
- 10 grams turmeric
- 1 fresh chilli thinly sliced
- 2 grams salt
- 2 grams black pepper
- 2 grams sugar
METHOD

Skewers: Cut the fillets in long and approximately 2cm thick strips. Mix other ingredients and season the fillet strips, leave to rest for 4 hours.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients and put into small bowls. Serve with the grilled skewers.
