A stunning, light, creamy, home-made Bearnaise sauce with a hint of citrus and made with the great taste of Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. Perfect for meats.
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. Maille® Old Style Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1 COMBINE lemon juice, onion and tarragon in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is almost tender, about 3 minutes.
  • 2 REDUCE heat to low, then whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, just until heated through, about 3 minutes.
  • 3 SERVE, if desired, with steaks, roast beef, cutlets or chops.
