Bite into our delicious Beef Gyros with Tzatziki Sauce made with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix and more.
  • 2 lbs. ground beef or ground lamb
  • 3/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, divided
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 4 tsp. finely chopped garlic, divided
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed*
  • 1 cup 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup finely chopped peeled, seeded cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
  • 8 pocketless pita breads
  • 4 cups finely shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Chopped fresh mint or parsley leaves (optional)

  • 1 Combine beef, 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix, 3 teaspoons garlic, oregano and rosemary in medium bowl. Shape mixture into 8 patties.** Grill or broil until done. Let stand 10 minutes.
  • 2 Combine remaining 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon garlic, yogurt, cucumber and dill in medium bowl.
  • 3 Slice burgers and place on pita breads with lettuce, tomato, onion and some of the sauce. Serve remaining sauce on the side. Garnish, if desired, with mint or parsley.
