Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® Real Whipped Tangy Dressing *, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chives
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 8 cups baby spinach leaves and/or torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion

Method

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°.
  • 2 Arrange chicken on baking pan. Evenly top with 1/4 cup Hellmann's® Real Whipped Tangy Dressing, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • 3 Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Thinly slice chicken and set aside.
  • 4 Combine remaining 1/4 cup Dressing, milk, chives and vinegar; set aside.
  • 5 Arrange spinach on serving platter. Top with tomatoes, onions and sliced chicken. Just before serving, drizzle with Chive Dressing.
