12 -lb. standing rib roast (about 6 ribs)
1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups kosher salt
1/2 cup guajillo chili powder
1/2 cup cracked black pepper

METHOD

Preheat oven 500°.

Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, salt, chili powder and pepper. Rub mixture on fat side of roast.

Place roast into roasting pan and into oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°. Continue roasting 2-1/2 hours. Remove; let rest 10 minutes, carve.
