INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
2 large baking potatoes, (about 1 1/2 lbs.), cut lengthwise into wedges
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

METHOD

Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss until potatoes are coated.

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in small bowl. Arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with bread crumb mixture.

Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
