Pick your base: Use white potatoes or sweet potatoes; it is up to you! Peel, cut and boil them until tender.

Grab some crunch: Add celery, diced bell peppers, sweet red onions, spinach or anything you have left in the fridge to add some crunch. You can add as many veggies as you would like.

Pick your protein: We recommend boiled eggs, but there really are no rules. Throw some bacon or tofu in there if you would like!

Add the magic touch: Bring it all together by adding some Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® and your seasoning to the mix. Optional: You can add an extra condiment, like hot sauce, to give it a little spice.
