Method

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • 2 Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Organic Mild Curry Mayonnaise Dressing with 1/3 cup toasted coconut in medium bowl.
  • 3 Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet. Evenly top with curry mixture, then sprinkle with remaining toasted coconut.
  • 4 Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes
