1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
8 hamburger buns, split

METHOD

Combine avocado, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cilantro, cayenne pepper sauce, grated lime peel and lime juice in medium bowl; set aside.

Shape ground beef into 8 patties. Season, if desired, with salt. Grill or broil burgers and onion, turning once, until burgers are desired doneness and onion is tender, about 7 minutes.

Chop grilled onions, then stir into mayonnaise mixture. Top buns with lettuce and, if desired, sliced tomato. Top lettuce with burgers, then avocado mixture.
