1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

METHOD

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder into large bowl; set aside.

Lightly beat milk and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise in small bowl with wire whisk or fork. Pour into flour mixture and beat with fork just until combined.

Drop batter by 1/4-cupfuls onto greased griddle or into small nonstick skillet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Cook over medium heat until pancake edges begins to bubble. Turn pancakes over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve, if desired, with maple syrup and blueberries.
