    Shredded chicken, beef or pork, beans and cheeses like Oaxacan, Chihuahua, Monterey Jack or Cheddar

    Bring it all together and then add the magic touch

    Cook vegetables like onions and peppers until softened, then place some shredded cheese on top of a corn tortilla. Top with cooked vegetables and shredded cooked protein or beans. Sprinkle with a bit more shredded cheese and top with another corn tortilla to make a sandwich. Cook tortilla sandwich in hot skillet until cheese melts. Add the magic touch.(Choose some lime juice, diced tomato, diced avocado, salsa, hot sauce or Hellmann's Cilantro Lime Sauce.)

These also make a delicious snack or appetizer. Cut them into wedges to serve.
