    Choose a base

    Cooked rice-any kind will do!

    Use up your vegetables & fruit

    Onions, peppers, corn, jalapenos, any veggies left in the fridge will do the trick.

    Add a protein

    Chicken, turkey, beef, pork or shrimp. Try beans, tofu or any plant-based option if you would prefer! Freshly cooked or leftover, it does not matter.

    Bring it all together and then add the magic touch

    Cook 2 to 3 cups of vegetables and 1 lb. of protein. Add 1½ cups of cooked rice; mix gently. Add the magic touch. (Choose some cilantro, oregano, lime juice, queso fresco, avocado, hot sauce, Hellmann's® Cilantro Lime Sauce or Creamy Sriracha Sauce.)
