Hellmann's Silky Scrambled Eggs


1 tablespoon unsalted butter

3 fresh eggs

1 teaspoon Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Place one tablespoon of unsalted butter in a pan and warm it over a medium low heat.  
  2. While the butter is melting, beat three eggs together with a fork.  
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise Into the whisked eggs.
  4. Spread the melted butter around in your pan.  When the pan is hot enough, add the eggs 
  5. Slowly pull the egg mixture in from the sides and push the cooked portion into the centre of the pan.  Keep gently stirring until the eggs are set, but still creamy (about 2 to 3 minutes).
  6. Remove the pan from the stove top before the eggs look completely done
  7. Serve your perfect, silky smooth scrambled eggs on a toasted bagel.
  8. Top with a little freshly ground black pepper
